Boundless Music – The Transylvanian Tour of the Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra

The Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra embarks on its second Transylvanian tour, made possible with the generous support of EXIMBANK.

Following the success of the 2024 concert series, which played to full houses in Satu Mare, Baia Mare, Cluj-Napoca and Oradea, the orchestra will bring Boundless Music to four iconic Transylvanian cities in November 2025: Arad, Cluj-Napoca, Târgu Mureș and Odorheiu Secuiesc.

The tour aims to offer both the Hungarian communities across the border and local music lovers a world-class concert experience. The programme celebrates the meeting of Hungarian and European musical heritage through works by Franz Liszt, Béla Bartók, Ferenc Farkas, and the Romanian-born Georges Enescu, symbolising a cultural bridge where music speaks to everyone – beyond all boundaries.
